broken package and mistake with color

I am disgusted with broken box, also I ordered red shoes and received rose color. I ordered this shoes for gift and I am very disappointed and also had to order another gift.

suede shoes

Run small, tried to break them in but not possible, too tight on the sides, made my pinky toes hurt.

I read the reviews before buying the black suede and I just got my regular size. They are very short. I may try the next size up. They are beautiful and stylish, but I had to return them. I’m surprised that the other reviews do not mention that they run small. Most reviews said that they were comfortable and true to size, I cannot agree with that. Not even close to true to size for me.

Very uncomfortable

These shoes are very cute but super uncomfortable. They really hurt my feet. I wish I could return them.
