Received wrong color and size

I ordered the Anne Klein Kelsi sandals in white, size 6.5. The Kelsi sandals I received were taupe, size 8.5. The outer shoe box label was correct, but whomever filled the order didn't check the box contents to see that they matched the label. By the time my order arrived, the white sandals were sold out in size 6.5. :-( The only reason I'm not livid about this is that I was able to get the right size and color from a competing department store chain. These sandals are adorable and comfortable, but the order fulfillment process from Macy's was disappointing.

Exactly as pictured, beautiful, soft, cushioned insole, extremely comfortable, i have skinny feet so everything digs in, these are the perfect shoes!

Can’t wear coz too narrow. Though M means wide for shoes but definitely not for this

very pretty sandals

i fell in love with the light blue sandals the first time i saw them online. then i tried at a store, heels are not too high, comfortable fit. i will pair them with dresses, skirts and jeans. love the uplifting feminine design.
