It is very big I expected a normal size purse

The color is not at all as the picture/photo. Very disappointing. I bought it to match some caramel boots and the color is not even close. The color is some type of taupe Also the material in the picture looks shiny leather-like but the he actual purse is dull man made material. Very very disappointed.

I would NEVER have ordered it if the color on line had been shown and described correctly. I do not like it. I measured one of by other purses and it showed to be one inch longer and taller, but it's larger and too large for me. The color said brown and appeared to be a pretty camel, but instead it is a very dark brown and could almost be black. When I looked at how to return it, it says I cannot return to Macy's. That upsets me very much. I am very disappointed with Macy's and this purse.
Wrong Bag
I ordered a black and white bag. I received a small beige bag, Not What I ordered, I had to drive and pick up my order only to find out, its the wrong bag. A waist of my time, I'mcalling customer service to see where is my order. No I Don't recommend this product, you will bé sent the WRONG ITEM!
Wrong item received
I ordered this bag in brown (online it was a reddish brown) and I received mink color(drab grey brown). When I called I was told I would have to carry to a FedEx pickup. Also, To get a replacement, which may not be the right color either, I would have to pay full price and not get the discount that I got when ordering the original. The reason I ordered was my limitation to go to a facility. Very disappointed.

The bag itself was very well made. The material was sturdy, but the issue I had with it was the zipper closure. When I unzipped the zipper I found it would not zip close again. Now it just could have been that one bag that had a faulty zipper. But I did return the satchel since I felt without a closed zipper it was not secure for my wallet.

Zipper
This is a cute purse and good size for me but the zipper gets stuck when it's open/at the beginning of the zipper. Hopefully it doesn't get worse.
