It is huge

Sadly I ordered my usual size 4 and it is 3 inches of extra material hanging from my body. This is more like a size 8 in real life. Not sure what’s up with the oversized measurements. I am 49 and weight 123 pounds. I will order size 2 but I have the feeling this sizes are all way off.
