Nice looking, has weird gather

This top is made of quality material and has a nice design, but it has a weird gather just on one shoulder area. I get the idea that maybe it's to make it look like something dressier than just a capped sleeve tshirt, but for my figure it doesn't look right. Still, i love the design so I will keep it and try to wear it. Maybe the look will grow on me.
