Lovely skirt

I love the material that skirt is made from, it makes it look and feel lightweight. The blue color of the flower design is beautiful. It’s a unique skirt from what I see in the stores. The frustrating part for me was the odd waistline. The elastic waistband is not sewn down so it wants to flip over and reveal the elastic side. I found this too bothersome to keep the skirt although I do keep debating about getting it again and dealing with it
