Shrinkage After Following Washing Instructions

I puchased a pair of Anne Klein Women's Pull-On-Wide -leg pants in July for an upcomung trip in late September. Before my trip, I machine washed the pants according to the care instructions on the label. Unfortunately, after washing, the paints shrank significantly and are now too short to wear. I contacted Macy's customer service team previously and spoke with an agent who mentioned that a manager would call me back. However, I never received a follow up call.

Great Work Pants!

Great Pants. I have these in small and medium. The medium looks better with tighter tops. So no belly hang over. Please make a true navy in these.

Great pants

I originally bought these a size too large. Reordered a size down and the fit is perfect. Love these slack. Sleek, comfortable, length is perfect too. Wish they came in other colors.

Perfect fit

It is not easy for me at 5'4'' to find pants that are not too long, especially without wearing heels. These fit me without need to change anything. Great fabric and drape.

Love these pants

I bought a pair in the store ( size small) and they fit so well, but were about 2 inches too long. Ordered another pair online and they are the perfect length. How can the lengths be so different? I’m glad I don’t have to hem the second pair. I’m 5’5 and 145 lbs and the small is perfect.
