Not good

I just washed this blouse per the instructions - cold, gentle washing machine cycle and there are wrinkles remaining that were there before I put it in the wash. I expected the shipping wrinkles to fall out in the wash. I tried using a cool iron as per the instructions but the wrinkles are still there. The blouse is unwearable in this state. I guess I will try to get it dry cleaned and see if they can fix it.
