You will be lucky to get them

Horrible customer service. Not sure where they get the boots from but mine are still not here. Been sitting in the shipping location for days. Keep getting notices with later delivery date.

Pressure points

I have wide feet and typically wear 8.5 wide. But can wear a medium width if I go up to size 9. These 9 mediums cause pressure on 3 areas of my foot so sadly they have to go back. It’s a beautiful boot and I love the color. Too bad Ann Klein doesn’t make a wide enough medium width and too bad they don’t make a wide.
