Whole outfit is an elegant business suit

I love this whole outfit. Price was above what I would usually spend, but it was well worth it. Only negative was it is a little tight in the shoulders. Pulls slightly under my arms. Not uncomfortable, but I can feel it when I reach. INC brand I also bought did not do that.
