4 stars instead of 5 because packable bag missing

The coat is nice but it's missing the packable bag. Can anyone help?

Awesome Stylish and Warm BUT ....

I don't wear hoods so zipped it off and I find the collar to be SO high - like in my cheeks! So I must tuck the edges under but other than that it's warm, it's a fabulous color, it's got pizazz and style and I love it. Would give it 5 stars if not for the collar jutting up into my cheek bones.

Where is the coat

Crazy week. School finals, family members were ill...Was looking at my account and realized I hadn't picked up coat but the account said I picked it up. I called Macy's, they said that I picked up coat at 12:37pm on December 6. I said impossible I was doing college coursework and was heading home at that time. I asked don't they check id, don't they have cameras? I was told to contact the Brooklyn store. I called several times no one answers. I called the main Macy's again they told me to go to BK store and speak to supervisor and report it. this is ridiculous. Macy's customer over 35 years. hopefully I can report it next week. what an inconvenience

Favorite coat!

This has become my favorite coat. Classy, can dress up my outfit, or just a touch of classy/cool to my casual outfits. Surprisingly warm (I live in Kansas City, winters are usually between 15-35 degrees).
