A beautiful coat

This is a beautiful coat. It falls just above my ankle. It is slightly fitted. I bought a M, although I normally wear a S because I did not want to feel stuffed if I wear to wear a thick sweater or a blazer under my coat. It is very compfortable and I get a lot of compliments. One negative - although the wool content is quite small, it is still itchy against my neck. I wear a scarf to take care of that problem.

Damaged Item

The Coat was sent back because it had the Security Tag on it!!! You can’t get an English speaking person if you call Macys!! There is no way to contact anyone about a damaged Item! I finally called the store to tell them my coat had security tag on it! If you charge me for the coat I will report Macys to Consumer Protection!! There is not a Macys in Wichita Kansas to locally return items!! I got an email from Macys saying my item wasn’t returned and they were going to recharge my card!! No!

Love the fit, but it is falling apart

I purchased this coat as a replacement to an identical one I bought in December 2023. The lining of first coat started to rip apart and had strange splotches. I thought it was something I did, so three months later I purchased this one and 3 weeks later, the same splotches in the fabric lining are happening again. It is clearly a manufacturing issues that needs to be addressed.
