Bad sewing on a nice coat

I did not like the the way the coat was sewn. Loopy threads down the side seams. Usually you can just pick loose threads off and they are not attached, but these were attached. Some of the threads were not on the seam. Back vent was sewn with a lighter blue thread that look terrible. Fit perfectly. I was ready to keep until I looked at it better.
