Size runs very large

The shirt is great but the size was way too big for an X-Large. I would like to exchange for another size. But it says no returns.

Pleated potato sack

I REALLY looked forward to wearing this top. I got the XL as I’m top-heavy and the disappointment was immediate. The shirt must be pinned in the back in the photo because it is essentially shapeless.
