Straps too tight on left shoe!

I had high hopes for these shoes. They have a nice look while being casual and appearing comfortable. I purchased a 5.5 as several reviewers said they ran big and I'm between a 5.5 and a 6. The right shoe fit ok although not at all wide as some reviewers said. The left shoe (and my left foot is smaller than right) seemed almost defective as the top strap was so tight, I could not get my foot in it. I tried walking around to see if they would stretch a bit and it wasn't enough to make them comfortable. I've never had a pair of shoes I couldn't even slide my foot completely into! They were returned!

These shoes are very lightweight and comfy!

Runs Large

I like these shoes but they do run large around the foot and I don't have narrow feet. I am usually an 8 in Chaco and Merrell shoes so that is what I ordered. I could have probably ordered a 7.5 and the length still work.

Nice look & comfortable standing 4-to-5-hours

Loud!

I liked the color of these, the 3rd elastic strap, and the coated raffia texture. The shoes were super loud when I tried walking in them, so they were returned.

2002 called...

...and I answered, with no regrets. Comfortable, lightweight, good quality. Fits TTS.

I love the comfort!

I'm not really a high-heeled girl, but I was able to wear these platform sandals right out of the box to my son's graduation. We walked a long distance from the parking lot in the pouring rain and to our arena seats & I was still in comfort. They have a soft footbed that gives when you walk, NOT hard at all. The rain did no harm to these shoes either. The platform height was actually beneficial when scaling puddles. Don't hesitate to buy these. I'm usually closer to a 9.5 however the 9's were perfect as no 1/2 sizes were offered. I got them in Tan. Great purchase.
