Great shoes

Very comfortable heel sandals , the heel is thick and just the right height, it has grip on the bottom, so it’s not a slippery shoe. Could be casual day out or night party shoe.True to size. I am very happy with my purchase.

Opening is too narrow.

Super cute, but way too small. I always wear a size 5 in every brand, but with this one, I couldn’t even squeeze my foot in. I thought about getting a bigger size, but then the length would be too long. The main issue is that the opening is just too narrow.

Bad customer service

The shoe is nice, but there is a price on the box that’s different from I paid and customer service would not adjust the price for me. I called right away so wasn’t late but she kept saying I can’t help you. She didn’t seem very knowledgeable. Very disappointed when we have to deal with people like that. I would like someone to help me from Macy’s customer service

Not true to its size

I normally wear size 6 medium opening but this pair of sandals are too tight, my foot can’t get into the opening of the sandal. It looks nice but I have to return it.
