Absolutely terrible do not buy

This bag has disintegrated around all the straps and I don’t even put my laptop in it. And one of the straps cut off too. Better off buying another brand.

Beautiful tote, but arrived dented

We ordered this tote as a gift for a soon to be graduating young professional. It was exactly what she wanted and a beautiful, high-quality work tote. The reason I'm not giving it five stars is because at some point (packaging or shipping), the box was dented in so severely that it also caused a permanent dent in the side of the tote. We tried to order a new one to replace it, however the tote is no longer available.
