Advanced Home Hard-Anodized Nonstick 2-Pc. Skillet Set

I am responding to the message I received about my review. I tried adding butter to the skillet while cooking eggs. It helped slightly, but still stuck. I have an Always pan and no sticking at all. Apparently, the difference in the non-stick coatings is the reason.

Purchased this about a month ago and didn’t realize how bad my old set was. Cleanup is a breeze again and I like the weight and quality.

I received this pan in Bronze as well as two other larger fry pans and griddle. This pan is NOT non-stick! I used it on med-low heat on a ceramic cook-top frying an egg. The egg did not slide around, and stuck to the pan. They seem to heat up more quickly due to the bottom heat conduction, but if you can't fry an egg without sticking, I don't see how anything else would not be sticking. From now on, I will need to use butter, or some other form of greasing it to prevent food from sticking!

I am so sick I did a lot of research and bought the indigo set with matching utensils and the very first time I used it both pots scratched and dented on the edge. My cheaper pans at least lasted 1 year.

Absolutely love it! We’ll made, comfortable handle, and cleans up easy. Like it better than my Pampered Chef pan! I find we use the 10” the most.

I am honestly underwhelmed by this pan. I really LOVE the handles and the way it is so sturdy, but it scratches very easily and without reason. Shouldn't a high end, high dollar pan be better made than this? The first one they sent was scratched upon arrival. They quickly took such good care of me, I love their customer service... but the second pan scratched within a couple of uses. I don't use metal or wood on it and wash it carefully. Overall, I think that the name of Anolon isn't the high quality I thought it was.

Excellent product; have been throwing out our old pans and replacing them with Anolon pans.

I have another set from analog and the large one warped on me. I thought I'd give it another try cause I like the smaller one. Be careful how hot you get it.
