Macys..

This review is about Macy's. I have not opened the product yet; it is a Christmas gift that I have to wrap & gift. The problem? It arrived in a box that clearly had been opened and returned. The box has holes & rips & Macy's clearly knew as it arrived wrapped in plastic so that contents didn't spill out. Because of timing, I have to gift an obviously used and returned item. Trying to talk to someone at Macy's about it is impossible. If you can buy elsewhere, I would advise.

Packing stinks

Open the box to find damage to a lid that could be avoided if Anolon had thought a little more on durable packing

Never as good as the first time.

This is my 3rd set over the years and I did buy this direct. The price and delivery was fantastic but. . . . Being able to compare a 10yr and 5yr old pan to a 2025 pan was startling. I've always enjoyed these sets but the new one fetl cheap and extremely light compared to it's predecessors. "Cheap goods aren't good and good goods aren't cheap. " You had a great product but it feels like you're dumbing it down. I do not see myself buying these again.

Fry Pan Twin Pack
