Packaging terrible ! Nonstick surface SCRATCHED

I just received this, but as I unboxed it, I was surprised to find that they placed the rack directly on the nonstick surface! I have 4 perfect, dull rectangular scratches on my new griddle!!!! It said "final sale" when I bought it, but I'm going to try to take it back to a store and see what can be done, because that is truly disappointing.

Buckled and broken

Ordered a few of these as I use them regularly. Macys sent me three damaged, non returnable products - so buckled they won't lie flat - useless. Very disappointed with the packaging of the shipment. Items were just thrown in a large box with no padding. Box was not damaged so chances are Macys just gave me what was left and didn't check the quality before shipping. Very disappointed with Macys.

Useful Griddle Pan

I bought this instead of using a cast iron skillet which is much harder to clean. This is the perfect size and is very easy to clean.
