I don't write reviews very often but I have to give kudos to this company. I bought this set for my wife five years ago. The omelet pan, after heavy use, lost it's non-stick feature. The sauce pan also after heavy use got warped a little and also lost the non-stick. I followed the directions on this web site for warranty issues. I didn't even have to return my two items. All I had to do was take photos and upload them along with a brief description of my issue. Four days later I had two new items delivered to my door. Wow. Some companies still believe in customer service. Anolon stands by their products. Thank you. You rock!

Love the set; hate the handles
My husband bought me the 12 pc. set for Christmas. I absolutely love all the cookware, food cooks evenly and they clean up just as easy. What I have come to not like are the handles, especially for the glass lids. If any recipe calls for you to cover the pot/pan at any temperature above a very low simmer, the handle gets too hot to handle. I have had to get use to this but would never ask a member of my family to assist me in the cooking process with these pans as they would be unaware of the heat on the handles. For such good cookware, you would have thought you would put rubber pieces on these lid tops to facilitate handling them when in use. Disappointed and may decide after all to GoodWill this set and invest in a set from Calphalon which adds rubber insert pieces on the handles of their glass lids.

I Am Happy With This Purchase!
I loved the sizes/assortment of the set. It included a better assortment than other manufacturers offer such as Calphalon, Ciculon, and Cuisinart. Have observed some light scratches on bottom of pan where it has been used on burner and moved around. I will not be using any metal utensils even though it says you can therefore no interior scratches. Pan does heat evenly and cooks meals nicely.

Quandary???
I read the only review and was pleased to learn that the company stands behind its product, however, I was displeased to learn that the coating wore off??? And into the food? I am in a quandary about whether or not to purchase this product?
