I would not buy this product again.

I was very disappointed when I received this item today. It is listed under the Nouvelle Copper pots and pans and since I have 7 other pots and pans in this series I automatically assumed (my error) that the griddle would be a part of it. On inspection of the griddle I noticed that it did not have the copper core/aluminum/magnetized stainless steel bottom. Since I have an induction stove I needed the proper cookware. I called the company and spoke to a very nice lady and was informed that they do NOT made a griddle for an induction stove. I feel that the description of the griddle should have been more specific and clearly should have indicated that it could not be used on an induction stove. Now I have to send it back at my cost. Not a happy camper!!!

Perfect Griddle

I love Anolon pots and pans and this griddle is no different great quality and great to cook on makes perfect pancakes!!

Did not like

The pan was very lightweight and was warped. I did not like the product for the price.

Excellent Product

I bought the square griddle, skillets and stir fry as a wedding gift and I just heard from the couple how wonderful they are. Everything is cooked evenly and there is no sticking. The newly married couple is looking forward to many meals together with this cookware.
