Steer clear

I bought the 8.5" smart stack fry pan from Macy's in store about a year ago. I don't stack it, but the rim is flaking off all the way around. Don't know how much of it I've eaten before I noticed! Due to the lifetime warranty, I contacted Anolon almost 3 months ago. After they initially responded, I can no longer get a response and I have no replacement. One of the other reviewers has had the same issue with customer service. After purchasing Anolon for about 30 years, I'll find a different brand now. I've had issues with other Anolon pans, but at least I got many years out of them before they deteriorated and I just tossed in the trash.

What is the best spatula to use in them? Seems to have a few scratches already?

As advertised... good stuff

Pans are still very new, but are super slick, and I like the way the handles hold the pans stacked without touching the cooking surface.

Disappointed

They are supposed to have a lifetime guarantee. One bent within a month and the other was a mess within a year. I followed up the company warrantee guidelines and and contacted them several times. I also asked if I could repurchase the 2 pans so I could keep the set together. They never responded. I even contacted them on Facebook no response.
