Microphone is not working

Just got them today and the microphone does not work at all an I can't return them to the store

Very good

These are great to use with the IPhone. The microphone is in the piece that controls the volume, and telephone calls are now really clear, and I don't have to put the phone up to my head.

Great Headphones

Haven't had a problem with them yet and they fit comfortably in my ear. Work better than the older versions. Would buy again

Defective

I bought these for my teen daughter a month ago and they are already malfunctioning. One of the earpods stopped working altogether. Macy's return policy involving Apple Products is horrible.
