Cute but stiff and not comfortable.

Good heal height but not comfortable enough for all day wear as the boots feels really stiff. A little less stiff over time with wear. I usually wear size 9 but went up 1/2 size and fit is perfect. Probably wear to church with midi dresses or during occasions where I am sitting most of time.

one shoe is smaller than the other

I ordered the size 6.5, and the left shoe is smaller than the right one. I have equal feet and no problems with my any other shoes. When I tried these on, the right shoe is right on spot, but the left one can hardly get in. I actually compared these shoes back to back, and the left one is about half an inch shorter than the right one. For future buyers, be sure to try both feet on

Practical

I only gave these boots three stars because I thought they were suede and I was not crazy about the material. They are comfortable but I really wanted suede.

It was surprising to read the reviews that describe the boot as running small. I had to go down a full size (7 to 6) to get them to fit. Not sure why. I loved the leather and design, but they just didn't work.
