C’mon customer service. These shoes were obviously worn. The right shoe bears imprint of someone’s bunion. Bottom of both shoes shows excessive wear. Shoes overall appear to be worn on more than a few occasions. Please see attached pictures. I’m a disabled veteran which makes it difficult to come to the store or even return shoes by mail. In the future I would hope that better quality control will prevent others from experiencing the same issue. I don’t think I can return them because they are a final act product

It is great dupe for Ecco loafer, leather upper, classic design. Thank god I order half size up, since it is significantly small and narrow. I normally wear 6.5, or 7 for flats. I ordered 7.5 for this one, feeling tight but acceptable

Ridiculously small
I wear a 9 1/2, I bought a 9 1/2, and it fits a size 8 1/2. Had to give them away since they were final sale.

Beware of color when ordering
I purchased these in the color "black leather" that had a tan picture listed. I was trying to order the tan but was sent the black. If you notice, the shoes are listed under the wrong color. Additionally, these were extremely small. I could not even fit half of my foot in and I had ordered in my regular size. The only reason I rated a 2 star was because the shoe actually did look sleek and well made. Returned.

These are classy enough for work days and they are comfortable and will do well with all my outfits! Very well made.
