2 years agoI have used the product for years however, I miss the pump!
The product works great BUT I miss the pump. For the same price I am getting 10oz. Less. Had to find another product. The tube causes waste. It comes out fast and you can't use both hands to smooth into hair because it oozes out of the tube while you are trying to close it. All the people I recommended to have asked about the pump too. I guided them to other products. If you can make a recyclable tube then surely you can make a recyclable pump! Sadly it's all about your cost.

3 years agoI've been using this for 20 years! It's incredible!
I have type 3B curls (curly hair with a medium curl pattern) and very fine hair, but a LOT of it. This product has been incredible and I've used it for the last 20 years. I get so many compliments on my hair - at this point it's a defining aspect of my physical appearance. And everyone always asks how I can shine and definition without frizz. Sure, I have bad hair days, but overall this is the only product I've ever tried that gives me consistently beautiful results.

3 years agoLove the product but will stop purchasing
I love this product and have used for years… however, I am sad to say I am stopping purchasing due to the new packaging. Terribly disappointed that this no longer comes in the 16 Oz pump size. This is so wasteful and the amount of plastic waste with the smaller bottle is unnecessary. Be more eco friendly.

4 years agoI have bought this product for years and plan to continue.
I have been using Defining Gel for several years. Often bought it at Ulta, but they have not had it in stock for some time. I decided to go to your website and VOILA! there it was. I NEED this product. I have very fine hair and need the body the gel provides. After washing, I apply the gel to my damp hair and kind of work it into the roots with my fingers. Then blow dry and I actually look as if I had much more hair and am able to style it with the drying process.

Only Gel that works!!
I have used this gel for years! I have wavy hair that is fine. This gel is perfect for my curls. It defines them, isn't heavy or weigh down my hair. I get compliments all of time and it's due to your gel. I can't be without it! When I use anything else…I have frizzy hair. Please always make this available! Thanks!!
