Ordering system needs review

No issues with the product but the ordering was poor. It was at least a couple of weeks before I got the notice my order was ready. Meantime, I thought my order was either lost or you didn’t have the product—had not received an update—so I bought elsewhere.

I ordered the Aramis after shave balm that looks like a lotion. However, I was sent this instead. I did not want to go through the process of return because of the time involved in reshipping and the possibility of not receiving the correct product again.
