It prevents a mess. That's it!

It fits it's purpose. To prevent splatters. Some of these women and their "I love it", "it's amazing" or "it's wonderful" need to get outside more. The one commenting about adding a magnet.....gimme a break. Do you tell your offspring that bring home A+ that they should have brought home an A++?! Be content with what you get. It prevents splatter. Relax and go touch grass. JFC
