First set of 8 came in box with 3 missing glasses. Replacement set of 8 came in box with 1 broken wine glass. How would you rate Macys?

Did someone drop kick the box?

I ordered three boxes of 8 wine glasses. They were lovely, I think. Unfortunately, all but four arrived broken.

Lousy packaging - No "Fragile" label

I ordered two sets of these wine glasses. Upon arrival, one set (the top one) was fine; the second set (on the bottom of the box) had two seriously broken glasses. There was no "Fragile" stamp or label on the box to show it should be handled with care. Obviously returned the broken set, but it was another errand I had to run.
