Horrible Service!

Ordered this robe on 8/11, for daughter going off to college. Website said it would be delivered by 8/15. Friday came and nothing. I checked the status online and it said it was being delayed to 8/18. No notice or email from Macy's. Took my daughter to college Saturday. Monday came and went, still no robe. I went on the chat line and inquired about the delay. The person I was assigned to ( Rohan) wouldn't give me any info- stating I was not the ship- to customer on file. I reached out to them with the problem, and they wouldn't give me any info! It's frustrating enough that I paid for the item, never got it, and had to send my daughter off to college without the robe. But then to refuse to tell me why it was delayed because I'm not the customer on file was inexcusable! If that's Macy's customer service, then I am done shopping at Macy's!

Never got robe!!!

I ordered this for my daughter going away to college. When I ordered it, the website said it would be delivered by today(8/15). After not receiving it yet, I checked the tracking and is now saying it will be delivered on Monday. I didn't get any notice about the delay!! My daughter will be back at school by then. Terrible service Macys!!! Won't order from them again.
