Leather was peeling

Handbag arrived damaged. Appeared as though previously used. Leather was wrinkled and peeling. Arrived in dirty used plastic bag as though it had been returned to a store and then put into a bag before being added to the “return” bin. I took photos.

Not worth the money

This Arrizo Sloane Hobo bag was very disappointing. The leather is not a good quality. It has no weight to it. It is not soft and supple, as I had hoped for. The zipper catches and won't close unless I hold the bag firmly. It has only one narrow pocket inside to hold the good stuff you always reach for. So I will be returning it.
