Cute shoes but worn already

I was sent shoes that were already worn and then resold to me. I asked for a discount and Macys said they would do 25% refund.... Um no. I will be returning these.

Disappointed

Really liked the sandals but was totally disappointed in the shipping process. Paid extra for premium delivery service due to needing the item for anniversary celebration only to have them be delayed. No apologies or refund offered.
