Order not received

Unfortunately, I am unable to review my order because I still have NOT received my order. I drove to the Macy's location where the order was delivered to days ago. The associate told me that I needed to wait to receive and email stating my order was ready for pickup. At that time, I told her that I received an email to review the booties that I have yet to receive. The associate said "sorry, I can't help you".
