Buckles broke in half

This shoe is very comfortable and stylish but the buckles broke on both shoes. The metal piece that loops into the leather literally broke off. It would need to be welded back on. The square diamond buckle broke in half. I was so surprised especially size there are not cheap but the buckles are made very poorly.
