Poor quality and not true to size, I wear an adult 8/1/2, could not believe when I received them, they look like a kids size 6 shoe size. Had to give them away, because they were final sale!!
Comfortable
This boot is very comfortable and long wearing. I have to stand for long periods on my second job. This was a good choice.

Sent to wrong address
My items were sent to the incorrect address and when I called CS they stated if you do not update the order within 30 min of placing the order they will go ahead and send the items to the wrong address. That took all my trust away with Macys. Beware of placing orders and having incorrect addresses in your account profile They do not care about your items and will send them to the wrong address anyway even if you tell them it is the wrong one
not comfortable
These boots are hard to put on! I did not even get to try them on, because the top is way too narrow. I do not recommend buying them. Also, the soles are glued, and the glue is visible.
Run Small
I purchased these shoes in a size larger than usual, but they are still extremely tight and uncomfortable. They squeeze my toes so much that they cause blisters, and they’re very difficult to put on. I’m really disappointed with the fit and overall comfort. Worst of all, they cannot be returned, which makes the experience even more frustrating.
Arezzo in BR is much better
I have had many Arezzo shoes in Brazil, and I was disappointed with these boots. It is not really leather and the finishing in details looks cheap. I returned it next day.
Good style for good price
Good price for a trendy style. Not the best quality but still cute.
