OK cleanser but…

I like the way my skin feels after using the cleanser but I don’t like the amount of effort it takes to get the product out the bottle. The cleanser is thick and doesn’t flow easily through the cap opening. When I take the cap off I have to keep hitting the container against the palm of my hand to get cleanser moving and out the bottle. The company needs to rethink the packaging and/or the formula.
