Horrible delivery communication!. Tracking info on Aug 8 said processing and it would be delivered by Aug 17. It showed up on my doorstep the next day, Aug 9 with no notice, no phone call, and no email notification. They left it outside in the door on a busy street and I have o way to bring it inside. It’s huge and heavy and needs to go up 3 flights of stairs. I’m 5’2 and need help with it. If I’d known when it was coming I would have been here and had them bring it inside.

USB Not working

This is a nice chaise, only drawback -- the USB sockets did not work. I did not discover it until I checked recently (2 months later) while looking for a charger to my phone and went to try the socket on the chaise. Now it is after the return date, and I cannot even return the chaise.

POOR SERVICE

I have been calling for two months to get the end caps for the legs which were missing since delivery and yet NO RESPONSE!

Love this lounger

This is a very comfortable relax a lounger. It is nice to lay on and relax. I like that I can adjust it to different positions. From laying flat for a nap to sitting up and playing on my laptop. I really like that it has places to charge my devices built into it. It is comfortable in every position I have tried it . Highly recommend!

Love it

This lounger is very comfortable. Material is nice and cleans easily. Love the color. I love how the lounger has a bunch of different positions. Lounger makes a bed for sleepovers which is nice. Plug ins are a great feature also. Also has a nice small pillow attached to the lounger which is nice. I like that it has no arms to easily get on and off the lounger.

Looks Great in my sitting room

I have had this for a month now, it looks great, and goes well with my brown leather couch. I love relaxing on it in front of the TV, it feels so decedent. Having the recharging 110v port and usb is a nice touch. It went together very easily too.

Can be used as a bench and a lounger

This was delivered last week and I was surprised how easy it was to put together - by myself! My husband did help me carry it to our room, but I unpacked it - which I would say was the hardest part of the job - and put it together alone. It comes wrapped very well-protected and I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. Lightweight and comfortable! And, it's got a USB port as well as two sockets so you can comfortably charge your phone and tablet while you lounge. For us, it doubles as a bench for the foot of the bed as it lays perfectly flat and moves easily to the side and we sit it up in the corner for a reading area. Great size and comfortable enough to fall alseep on. Love this chaise.
