DID NOT RECEIVE ITEMS ORDERED

I ordered A pack of 12 towels and I received a pack of 6 completely different towels from what I ordered I called macys multiple times and was given false info if I would receive expedited shipping if the items I ordered. After a week of calling and waiting I was told that it is a 3rd party seller and it is showing delivered on their end so nothing they could do. Macys should be handling customer service if a 3rd party seller they allow to sell on their website does not send the correct item. I paid for 12 large bath towels and received 6 different towels completely and because the item shows as delivered they don’t correct the issue. I spent a total of 2 hours of phone time with Macys and still no resolution. Do not buy this item as it’s a 3rd party seller and Macys doesn’t stand behind
