good pillow but problems

This was an attractive, comfortable pillow but I had to return it: wrong color and soiled. It was described as green but was much closer to gray. It also wasn't wrapped--just stuck in a box which had several large vertical slashes through it. The pillow wasn't ripped but it did have a very noticeable dirty spot, no doubt acquired in transit.
