Order received a month later.
I ordered the perfume on February 28, 2024 and on February 29 it already said that the package was available for pickup. I called Macys customer service, they sent me emails from Macys saying that they would not refund the money to my credit card but they would not resend the Macys order as always, for them, money is more important than customers a month later. At the end of March the order left from where it was and I received the order at the end of March. It is much better to buy directly in the store in person and not buy on the Macys website because for Macys the customer is not right and for Macys the customer lies thats the reality.
