Product was damaged!

The Cologne arrived from Macy’s with a tattered box. Upon opening the box, the cover had a significant dent and the bottom of the bottom was slightly sticky. I was going to give this a a gift. Grateful I didn’t send it directly to the recipient! I called customer service to file a complaint. I was assured that I would not need to bother returning and Macy’s would immediately mail me a replacement at no cost. I have yet to receive the product, however, received an email stating my return is being processed however I would not be credited until they receive the returned product. This is not what they told me. I have since returned the product and am still waiting for another, hopefully “new and undamaged” bottle of aftershave!

Great men's cologne at an excellent price.
