very poor packaging. sent me used not new items

I ordered three. All three arrived in damaged boxes, boxes that looked like somebody else had returned them, the seller repackaged them and sent them out as new. The boxes, were torn and heavily taped. I have not yet assembled them. I remain hopeful all the parts are there and the parts are not damaged. Really unacceptable packaging. Cleary had been returned by another purchaser.
