I have purchased Aroma rice cookers for years and never had a problem. I purchased this one as a Christmas present and buy the end of January the lights stopped working, It's February 7th and now the button wont stay down unless you hold it. So after about 1 month of use I have garbage that I can't use and according to Macy's website I can't return it ether.
