Good little rice cooker but photos were misleading

The cooker works well at cooking rice, and there is no need to have a timer as long as you follow the directions (the cooker will go from "cook" to "Keep warm" once the rice is ready). The only reason why I am not giving this 5 stars is due to the advertising/photos on Macy's website. The photos would have you believe that the rice cooker would come with a white strainer bowl where you can cook rice and other items at the same time. To my dismay, the rice cooker did not come with this white strainer bowl, and nothing in the box gave any indication that the white strainer bowl should have been included. If the photos were a bit clearer on what you would be getting with your purchase, I wouldn't have felt misled.

Small like a Toy Pot.

This pot came damage and was not in a shipping box. Too tiny to cook for 2 persons. This is like something you would buy on Temu doll size pot.

Less than 1 year, stopped working no power

Had it less than 1 year and it stopped working. It didn’t want to power on to cook the rice. Worked perfectly the last time we used it. Really disappointed it didn’t last longer.
