Arrived broken!

Arrived broken. I really wonder WHY WOULD THEY MAKE YOU RETURN BROKEN GLASS? Ruined a Christmas gift to my daughter. After talking with customer service, she finally said I didn’t have to return broken glass containers. Macys-your customers’ time is important. Shouldn’t have to waste it returning broken glass containers back to you. It is Macys problem that they didn’t bother to pack it better and label FRAGILE GLASS.

received the glass product broken and you required me to return the broken product, it’s a waste of resources/shipping and my TIME! it was supposed to be a christmas gift that I can’t give anymore. even UPS laughed at the damaged/broken product being returned.
