Disappointed

When I received it the plastic lid was broken, & I thought that the insulated carrier didn't seem insulated at all - it was very thin. And I then noticed that it stated that since it was a 'last act' I couldn't return it. So that was very disappointing that I couldn't return an item that was broken when I received it.

Broken 3piece bake and take dish

The lid came cracked beyond use. Very cracked on one edge carrier is not very well insulated and thin, very disappointed and it was a final sale. I will not be using this product and will not order again.

Looks good...have not used it. Had one previously that wore out. Very good way to transport casseroles, cakes etc.

Lid cracked, I didn’t read the reviews before purchase. But Macy’s I expect for you to sell a better product. Makes you look bad selling such poor quality products. Do your name no longer stand for anything. Just asking.
