Over priced even on sale. Customer service ?

I purchased these with the assistance of Macy’s customer service. I was told that they were sold in a set of 5 so, I placed my order for 2 sets or 10 mats. I was sent 2 mats. The box they came in was ripped on 3 sides. Very disappointed that customer service provided incorrect information and they had to be returned. Even on sale they were overpriced.

Expensive but high quality

I went back and forth between purchasing this placemats vs the set of 6. I’m glad I decided to go with this ones. I love the color and the fact that they are varnished. It totally elevated my table. This is a product that will never go out of style. It’s an investment!
