Sleeves are VERY short

The robe is very long as shown, but the sleeves are extremely short. I'm sending it back.

Poor performance

Very poor customer service and the checkout process is horrible. I purchased this as a gift with expedited shipping and it arrived late. Customer service was absolutely awful and disappointing
