Good shoes, but they wear down quickly
If these shoes looked and felt like they did the first few weeks I bought them, I would have given a 4/5 or 5/5 rating. However, they have worn down a bit faster then I am used to. There is a nickel sized hole near the toe which you can see my sock through and the inside of the shoe is fraying and curling significantly at the insoles. It does give pretty good support, but not great. I bought these specifically for plantar fasciitis and they have maybe helped a little, but certainly not fixed the problem. Would have liked a more aggressive arch support design.

Slipping shoe treads

The worst shoe ever
The shoes are definitely not the Kayano. The heel is to thick and it’s like running in high heels. It puts to much pressure on the forefoot. The design is terrible. I don’t know why your engineering department just can’t leave a good product alone. I have ran in every series since the beginning of the shoe and 29 is the last good design and model. I will never buy another Kayano again

Need something wider for my feet
Unfortunately fit was my issue, feet are naturally too wide for this shoe, my pinky toes want to stick out through the side of the fabric.

GEL-KAYONO 30
Like the sneakers. I have a moderate degree of over-pronation which aggravates my IT band syndrome when I jog. This sneaker style seems to help.

Just as expected
Exactly what I've come to expect from ASICS. The Gel-Kayano 30 was an easy choice. Feels great, not too heavy, tons of cushion and an excellent fit. I haven't taken them long yet, but in multiple shorter runs (3-4 miles) they feel great! No complaints, no issues. Solid running shoe, highly recommended.

Stability, ✅. Fit, ✅
If you stability for runs between 6 to 12 miles looking no further. Little on the heavy side, but you get over that quick as you get on with your run because the stability is so perfect. Set a nice good pace and glide.
